  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Just email support@manuxtrain.com and we’ll get back to you within 1–3 business days.

  • Are the programs for men and woman?

    Yes, the workout programs are tailored for both genders. Programs for women include more adductor, abductor, hip, glute, and core exercises. Programs for men focus holistically on the whole body, aiming to train the upper and lower body evenly.

  • Are the workouts for all experience levels?

    The workouts are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises. It’s always wise to start easy; we can adjust your difficulty level later on. Just drop us an email and we’ll adjust your workouts.

  • Can I do the workouts at home?

    Yes. During sign-up choose “Home”. We recommend at least a pair of dumbbells and a booty band to apply mechanical tension for hypertrophy.

  • What if I don’t like an exercise?

    You can swap any exercise during a workout. If your gym doesn’t have a bench press, text us and we’ll remove bench-press movements from future plans.

  • What currency do I get charged, are taxes included?

    Prices are in USD.  Local taxes may vary—shown at checkout.

  • Can I pause instead of cancel?

    Yes. You can pause for 2–8 weeks—handy for travel or injury. Email support to set dates.

  • Do you offer refunds or a guarantee?

    If we haven’t delivered your plan or check-in yet in a new billing cycle, contact us and we’ll make it right case-by-case.

  • How long are the sessions and how many days per week?

    Most plans are 30–45 minutes, 3–5 days/week, tailored to your schedule.

  • Can I switch between home and gym plans?

    Any time—tell us and we’ll update your program within 1–2 business days.

  • Do you provide macros and a meal plan for different diets?

    Yes—custom macros and meal plans for vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, pescatarian, keto and more.
